Dr Kolapo Albert Popoola is the Group Managing Director of DN Tyre & Rubber PLC in Ikeja, Lagos. He holds a PhD in Polymer Science & Technology from the London Metropolitan University (formerly Polytechnic of North London) and is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Directors and the Institute of Polymer Science and Technology. Dr Popoola has completed courses in Leadership and Management of Change at the London Management Centre, UK in 2002, Management Development Programme at the Irish Management Institute, Ireland in 1997, Strategic Manpower Planning at Coopers & Lybrand Associates in 1997 and Senior Management Programme at the Lagos Business School, Nigeria in 1993. Additionally, he serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors, PAMOL Nigeria Ltd providing strategic guidance and support for quality implementation, and brings his experience to the Board of 吃瓜网 to contribute his strategic thinking for the school's strategy implementation.
Mr. Richard Farrant arrived in Nigeria with his wife Jacquie, working with F.M. Barshall Ltd in 1978, to promote machinery and raw materials in the Textile, Plastics and Packaging industries. In 1982 an opportunity to join the newly started company of Cormart (Nigeria) Ltd, which saw Richard and Jacquie move from Apapa to Ilupeju, and two years later to Ikeja. Richard Hornsby and Don Bennett persuaded Mr. Farrant to join the Grange Board, and then take over the time consuming task as treasurer. As a local businessman and entrepreneur he could bring a different viewpoint to the Grange. Then Chief Dankaro and Prince Julius Adelusi Adeluyi together with Henry Shu pressured him to become Chairman.
Mr. Simi Shonibare is a member of the Board of Directors of Grange Education Ltd/Gte. An astute legal practitioner of over 13 years. He is a graduate of law from the University of Essex. In addition, he holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School in London, United Kingdom. And was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2011.
He worked with a number of organisations both in the United Kingdom and Nigeria, including, Mayer Brown LLP, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup and Aluko & Oyebode Legal Practitioners working with a number of organisations including but not limited to banks, oil/gas and power companies as well as IT Infrastructure companies on their corporate finance, project finance, asset finance and property finance requirements.
Mr. Shonibare is currently an Executive Director at Alaba Shonibare & Co a property development and management business and his specific role includes, legal adviser, business development and facility management.
Mr Kola Karim a member of the Board of Directors of Grange Education Ltd/Gte is also the Chairman of Shoreline Natural Resources. His current portfolio consists of business in the construction, commodity trading, agro-allied products, oil and gas, engineering and power sectors. Mr. Karim who is also the current Chairman of Costain West Africa Plc serves as director in seven (7) other companies including Shoreline Power Ltd, Shoreline Energy International, Ecobank Nigeria Plc, Schlumberger Testing & Production Services Nigeria Limited, Trans Amadi Facilities Ltd and Chairman, Nigerian Ropes Plc.
His future motives revolve around the establishing a firm corporate portfolio of pioneering business operations that will positively contribute to the development and commercial improvement of sub Saharan Africa. Shoreline line energy currently operates in five major countries across Africa and has a strategy to moving into three new countries every year.
Mr. Karim has a charitable foundation based both in UK & Nigeria. A patron of African Modern Art, Mr. Karim enjoys listening to Fela Kuti, playing Polo, watching Rugby and Football. Mr. Karim was awarded Young Global Leader 2008 by the World Economic Forum.
Mrs. A. Omame is a a member of the Board of Directors of 吃瓜网, Lagos. She is a seasoned legal practitioner and an entrepreneur who has passion for excellence in education. She is the Principal Partner at Vigo Omame & Co and the founder of AsktheLawyerOnline, a library of legal resources for the benefit of lawyers in their practice. She is also a Trustee and an Executive Director of the Literacy Foundation (TLF) Nigeria. Mrs Omame graduated from 吃瓜网 over 40 years ago; she brings a wealth of experience in literacy, education and legal practice to the School.
Mr. Fidelis Godpower Obi is the Group Finance Director of DN Tyre & Rubber Plc and the Managing Director of Pamol Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of DN Tyre & Rubber PLC. He holds an MBA from the University of Calabar and has attended various Senior Management Programmes. Mr Obi is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA). With over 40 years of experience in the accounting and audit space of DN Tyre & Rubber Plc (formerly Dunlop Nigeria Plc), he brings a wealth of accounting background. Additionally, Mr. Obi is married with children and is enthusiastic about supporting 吃瓜网 in a Governor role.
Mrs. Ajumogobia, the Chairperson of the Governing Council of Grange Educational Limited has over 21 years quality experience in External Audit, Accounting & Finance and Marketing. She began her professional career working with two global audit firms, Peat Marwick Ani Ogunde & Co., and Deloitte where she acquired broad experience in audit, taxation and consultancy across several industries including Banking, Insurance, Construction, Manufacturing, Merchandising and Oil & Gas.
After several years in practice, she joined Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). During her 13 years as a member of Accenture's Senior Management team, she broadened her horizon considerably leading the Finance function and was at various times responsible for oversight of Marketing, Legal and Human Resources. She has been a Non-Executive Director of UAC of Nigeria Plc. since July 22, 2009. A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Mrs. Ajumogobia graduated from the University of Ibadan with a B.Sc (Honours) degree in Economics in 1982.
